My foundation began with graphic design, but my passion and love for creativity and design makes me crave more than just one discipline.
Web design has always been with me and it shows through many of my designs. I will always see more than just ‘flat,’ design. There is so much more emotion to it. Clean, minimal, simple, yet bold and impactful. Organized, structured, and pure— inviting and welcoming to the viewer.
But the hunger for design exploded, and I made a decision to switch from my comfort of a 2D/digital mindset and challenged myself with product design. Tangible, wearable, turning a mere concept into product, now physical and solid. Ideas and concepts turned into something that you can hold, feel, touch, and even perhaps becoming keepsakes one day.
How would I classify myself among designers? Maybe deep down, I aim to keep from being categorized.
I know my dedication and passion for design will never change. Each design challenge is a unique opportunity for me to learn, grow, and thrive from, not only as not only a designer, but as an individual.
OKAY ! So, design seriousness aside. . . :)
Humor and laughter is also essential to me.
