DESIGN TASK / ChALLENGES:

• How can we EVOLVE the Michael Kors watch line with a clean, modern timepiece that's chic and fashionable for the Market? 

TECHNICAL / RESEARCH:

• Who will be using/is looking for a different, clean Michael Kors watch?

• Will the existing user/customer see consistency in brand offering?

• Will this product attract new users/customers?

• Are there specific requests for functions? (chronograph, bracelet links, etc.)

• What price point is appropriate for the user?

• FUTURE: Can this product be continuously evolved for the line? Do we foresee any challenges?

RESULT / FINISHED PRODUCT:

• Clean, slim, modern, and chic piece introduced to the Michael Kors line for ladies.

• Keeping within the appropriate price point for the user/customer.

• Product evolution: Portia has variations in watch dial, has been paired with jewelry, and comes in various watch sizes.
